1. Clothing & Accessories
1.1 Order Acceptance
Your order is considered an offer to purchase products from LeatherTechnik.
Orders are accepted only after full payment has been successfully received. Once payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and creates a legally binding agreement between you and LeatherTechnik.
1.2 Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that all products displayed on our website accurately represent the items you will receive.
We are committed to:
- Providing products that closely match the descriptions and images displayed on our website.
- Processing and dispatching orders within the estimated time stated in your order confirmation.
- Maintaining high standards of quality for every product we sell.
1.3 Natural Product Variations
As our products are made from genuine leather, slight variations are normal and should not be considered defects.
Minor differences may include:
- Slight variations in leather colour due to natural dye batches.
- Natural leather grain variations.
- Minor marks, wrinkles, healed scars, insect bites, or natural textures that are characteristic of authentic leather.
- Small improvements or updates to product lining, hardware, labels, packaging, or accessories made without affecting the overall design or quality.
Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device screen settings.
2. Our Right to Refuse an Order
LeatherTechnik reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product is out of stock.
- Delivery is unavailable to the requested destination.
- Incorrect pricing due to technical or typographical errors.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
- Customer requests modifications or delivery instructions that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
3. Pricing
- All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Order Cancellation
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that production or shipping has not yet started.
Custom-made or personalised jackets cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return request and will be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Returned products must:
- Be unused.
- Include all original packaging and tags.
- Be returned in accordance with our return instructions.
Custom-made or personalised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless received damaged or defective.
4.4 Refunds Following Cancellation
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
If your order has already been shipped, original shipping costs, payment processing fees (where applicable), and approved customisation costs may be deducted from the refund.
5. Return & Exchange
Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to provide customers with a fair and transparent shopping experience.
5.1 Eligibility
Products are eligible for return or exchange only if they are:
- Unused.
- Unworn.
- Returned in their original packaging.
- Returned with all original tags attached.
5.2 Size & Style Exchanges
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.
If you wish to exchange a product due to sizing or style preference:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within the eligible return period.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Shipping costs for the replacement item are also the customer's responsibility.
5.3 Refunds
Where a refund is approved:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Applicable payment processing fees may be deducted where permitted.
Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
5.4 Order Changes
Changes to product size, colour, measurements, or other order details may only be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once production or order processing has begun, no further changes can be made.
5.5 Product Quality
Every LeatherTechnik product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.
As genuine leather is a natural material, slight variations in texture, grain, and colour are considered normal characteristics rather than manufacturing defects.
5.6 Shipping Information
Shipping confirmation, tracking details, and delivery updates will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible from the most suitable warehouse or manufacturing facility, depending on stock availability and destination.
5.7 Return Period
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Approved return requests will be processed as quickly as possible after the returned item has been received and inspected.
