Return/Exchange & Refund Policy


  •  If your package is rejected or marked as returned to shipper upon delivery, we will not be liable to pay any refund.


  • It is your responsibility as a consumer to know what you can and can’t import to your country. we ships all over the world, it is difficult and impossible for us to know what are your country restrictions on importing goods. It is advised that you check with your country's customs and or country's import restrictions on the products you can and can’t import before placing an order.



  • we reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. We are not able to cancel any orders that have been submitted to our warehouse for shipment. Due to or high order volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing begins.


  • Our inventory is on a first order first shipped basis. We cannot hold items for orders that are not placed. Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. Our standard procedure is to ship an order with the items that are available to ship. In rare cases if your order is not shipped complete our customer service staff will contact you and let you know what item was not shipped. Please note, items with low stock are not guaranteed shipment due to stock availability. We will reach out to you if we are unable to fulfill the order. 


  • Items ordered that have a "Pre-Order" option will ship as soon as the item is restocked and becomes available, the product will provide you with an expected ship date. If you happen to place an order and have multiple items ordered, we will process and ship out the in stock item and ship the Pre-Order item once it is available. -Please note: Certain orders will be held until the Pre-Order item is available to ship out due to shipping cost involved. 


  • Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also obtain your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under My Account link on the top of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don't need to sign up again. Just log in to your account to place additional orders, obtain tracking numbers, and invoice(s).


The given streamlined terms of return and exchange policy are declared clearly from our company management.  We never give you a false commitment about the quality of product and policy applies on the unused and unopened packaging products.  

    • We process your orders in your selected size and color in standard quality, so, it is important that check size chart carefully, because measuring information in your own responsibility.
    • If selected jacket doesn’t fit in the case of not meet with your expectations and you want a different style as per policy we accept returns and exchanging of product.
    • In cause of Return or Exchange item must be unused and with original packing/tags.
    • In case of exchange product return shipping charges are applied on Buyer as well as new item resending shipping cost also charge to the buyer.
    • In cause of refund, return cost paid by buyer, and refund will given after deduction of sending cost + PayPal commission.
    • No product, color and measurement changes possible after 24 hours of placing your order. The given product order sent for processing.
    • Before shipment of your product we ever assured about the quality and 100% outstanding material of leather. After that we are not responsible for any mistake from our side and the charges of shipment will be taken by the customers.
    • Information regarding shipment and availability conformation will be delivered faster by email.
    • As per our returning policy is offered within a period of 10 days from the date of delivery. If the reason of returning the product is valid without any discomfort and delaying we start that process.
    • We always try to make fast worldwide deliver, After your order confirmation, we arrange the shipping of item as soon as possible, its may be from warehouse or from manufacturing unit, depend on availability of item which is the best, fast, nearest. so our customer could not wait more for their items.
